BCG/DV is a commercial workplace fit-out for Boston Consulting Group subsidiary, Digital Ventures. Ciliberto Architects were engaged to design creative spaces for teams to collaborate within both their Sydney and Singapore offices.

Our approach centred on working closely with company stakeholders and cohort leaders to create a detailed workplace brief, accommodating a range of workplace modes and typologies that reflect BCG/DV’s workplace culture. Following this, we prepared a master plan for each campus site. Multiple iterations and test fits were explored with the client.

The Singapore project, located at Rochester Park, was completed in 2021. Due to the nature of the site as an adaptive re-use of a heritage building, security and circulation required careful management. Multiple existing entries and exits were streamlined to create efficiency in the internal planning. The final concept plan required extensive consultant coordination. Full list of consultants below.
